| NOTE from the AFC President: (email attached below) The Furnace Masters restaurant is closed now... Everyone will have to get lunch before coming to the Park (see below for other option). The Park Ranger will keep a head count and Judd will reimburse the Park for our admittance with one check from the AFC. Let the Ranger know who you are with and where you are going. They will not charge you. If there are any problems or miscommunication, just pay the gate fee and get with Judd and myself and we will take care of it. LUNCH OPTION: We have an alternative for lunch on the 28th of January. Come on to the Park by 11:30 to 12:00 and we will cook lunch at the Vulcan Pavilion Jim and Glenn have volunteered to cook ( I love volunteers ). They want to try something new for the April and September Conferences and we will try it out first at our Board meeting. There will be a $5.00 minimum donation per person to the AFC for this meal and I am sure it will be excellent. This will save everyone the trouble of finding a place and then making the meeting. One request; I would like one representative from each Forge to get a general head count of those coming to eat, this includes Blacksmiths, spouses and children.
