| AFC Scholarships |
The AFC will offer two individual scholarships per year. These scholarships are available to all AFC members. One will be the Gavin Harris Memorial Scholarship. One will be the AFC Scholarship. Each of these scholarships will cover the entire tuition of a blacksmithing or metalworking course selected by the applicant and approved by the Scholarship committee. The applicant is responsible for all other costs such as transportation, food, lodging, and class materials. Following completion of the class, The recipient will be responsible to submit an article to the Bits, Demonstrate at a forge meeting, donate an item to the auction at a Tannehill conference, and assist at a conference.
